Welcome to the new, official website of Benet Academy Tennis!
The mission of Redwings Tennis is to provide a highly competitive, immersive and all-around fun athletic experience for Benet students. We develop winners here, both on and off the court.
We invite you to explore our site, get a feel for our culture, ask questions, meet our coaching staff, attend our summer camps or experience our tennis program live - by attending one of our home matches - to experience the best of IHSA competitive tennis in person. TOM CASTRONOVO

The Fall 2026 Girls season will be Coach Castronovo’s 19th season of coaching high school tennis. Coach Castronovo, who has coached well over 500 high school matches, is a Benet Academy graduate, a two-time winner of the Illinois High School Tennis Coaches Association (IHSTCA) Varsity Coach of the Year(region 1), was a finalist for State of Illinois Varsity Coach of the Year and has won multiple Conference Championships and IHSA Sectional Championships. His players - which have included 35 State Qualifiers and 3 State Championship Medalists
